Consultations
Our consultation area is open for custom orders from Monday to Friday from 10am-7pm and Sundays from 10am-5pm. While we are closed on Saturdays and only open for pick up. Additionally, we offer the convenience of virtual consultations to accommodate your scheduling needs.
We specialize in three types of cake styles
Traditional
Our Dominican-styled cake features a base, borders, and decorations crafted using our signature “suspiro,” a delightful variation of meringue. To enhance the visual appeal, we adorn the cake with sugar decorations like flowers. This style embodies simplicity and is readily available for order or in-store purchase every day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Suspiro Liso
In our most popular cake style, we utilize the same “suspiro” meringue for the cake base, which is then skillfully smoothed to perfection, achieving the flawless appearance reminiscent of a fondant cake. This particular style is known for its elaborate and stylized design. Typically, decorative elements are added using fondant and edible images.
Fondant
Fondant styles are commonly for custom shapes and specialty designs.
